Unlock your hidden ChatGPT patterns

Welcome back to The Agent GTM Newsletter where we share actionable tips, free AI tools, and market insights every Friday.

Hey there,

Did you see that viral OpenAI report on ChatGPT usage patterns?

I saw it and immediately thought: "I wonder what my data looks like."

Here's what I discovered: you can't actually do this analysis in ChatGPT.

So I built it myself. Exported my data, figured out how to analyze it, and uncovered some genuinely surprising patterns.

The process wasn't straightforward, but I documented everything. At the end of this email, I'll share how you can run the same analysis on your own data — no coding required.

🧠 What I Learned

Work dominates my ChatGPT usage. A full 25% of my conversations fall into this category — more than any other single topic. That said, as you can see below, the other 75% is wide ranging.

My usage exploded in 2025. I'm using ChatGPT 10x more this year than last, and the year isn't even over yet.

But here's the twist: My usage actually peaked in April and has dropped 42% since then. And it's continuing to decline.

💡 Want to Run this Analysis Yourself?

Here's the catch: this isn't something you can just ask ChatGPT to do for you.

But I'm putting together a no-code guide so you can run the same analysis.

It'll show you:

  • How to export your ChatGPT data
  • How to visualize your usage and trends
  • How to uncover your most common topics and patterns

I'll send the full guide next week — but I need something from you first.

Fill out this quick reader survey (2–3 minutes) to help me build this newsletter for you, and I'll send you the full guide when it's ready.

Catch you next week,
Shaalin
