Looking for beta users for a new project

Welcome back to The Agent GTM Newsletter where we share actionable tips, free AI tools, and market insights every Friday.

Hey there,

I'm looking for beta testers for a project that I'm building! If you're a freelancer, solopreneur, or launching a vibe-coded product, I've built something for you. It's called the GTM Brain. You can watch a short demo here.

TL;DR: you give it any marketing or sales assets that you have — your website, old sales emails, a half-finished deck — and it sharpens your messaging, builds you a go-to-market plan, and helps you create more assets aligned to your GTM plan. One-pagers, LinkedIn content, that kind of thing.

More on why I built it, how it's different, and where to start below.

Why I built it

Claude and ChatGPT can certainly write you a landing page when you ask. The problem is that a general model doesn't know anything about your business (or it uses random memories about your business, but not in a thoughtful way), and it doesn't have a point of view about go-to-market. So you get something that reads fine and says nothing.

That's what I built the GTM Brain around. Two things a general model can't give you on its own: real go-to-market expertise baked into how it thinks, and a guided path through the steps in the right order — so you're not sitting in front of a blank prompt trying to figure out what to even ask for.

Why it's different

There's a word for this kind of system in AI engineering: a harness. It's the scaffolding around the model — the part that decides what the model sees, in what order, and what happens to the answer once it comes back.

The GTM Brain is making a lot of small decisions on your behalf. It doesn't dump everything you've ever uploaded into a prompt — it sends the relevant information. When it drafts something, it's working from your positioning versus what a model assumes a business like yours probably sounds like.

It'll also tell you what it's not recommending, and why.

Where to start

Go to brain.agentgtm.ai. You'll need to start by giving it some context on your product or business and the people you sell to. Then, the easiest asset to build is the one-pager. If you like that, create an account and start using it to build your whole strategy. Right now, it's free (up to a certain amount of usage, since I'm being charged for LLM usage).

Reply with feedback.
